No price rise for over 20 years - all DMO premiums will remain stable next year too

For over 40 years, DMO has been offering low-cost liability insurance for private and commercial model aircraft, drones, copters, model balloons, stunt kites, single-liners, model cars, model ships and other types of model aircraft such as model rockets. Since the changeover from D-Mark to Euro, we have not increased our annual premiums once!

Instead, we have included significantly more benefits than 20 years ago. The sums insured have risen continuously to a choice of € 3 million or € 10 million. Private DMO customers are allowed to fly in Germany in accordance with association rules (which, for example, offers the clear advantage for FPV flights of being allowed to fly at heights of up to 30 m without a spotter) - the costs for this are borne solely by the DMO. We have now completely digitized our application process as well as the policies, invoices and insurance certificates, so that “paperwork” is a thing of the past.
